Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on bc22. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bc22 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any open wagers or bonus balances held across those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Where a player initiates a deposit in a currency other than BDT, the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply. bc22 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's bc22 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. 4.5 Own Funds Only. Players may only deposit funds that they own outright and that are free from any third-party claim. The use of credit facilities or funds obtained through unlawful means to fund a bc22 account is strictly prohibited.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. bc22 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. 5.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. bc22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while players have active bonus balances, those balances will be processed in accordance with the terms in effect at the time the bonus was awarded.

Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bc22 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sporting wager.

• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bc22 betting markets.
